Repaired, upgraded, and widened the Westminster Ave truck entrance
Prepared construction documents plans and specifications for:
- civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering,
- topographic surveys
- field and subsurface investigations
- cost estimates
- CAD drawings
Relocated guard house and traffic signals
Enlarged the turning radius for trucks
Moved all appurtenances, including striping, signing, new gates, and fencing
Inside fenced area, design included paving, repairs, and capacity to expand the parking area
Designed drainage and a means to separate or filter contaminates from runoff before flowing into the storm drain system
Designed new traffic lanes
Relocated power poles and removed railroad tracks
Relocated a bus stop
Installed new sidewalks, new crosswalks, and pedestrian heads to the existing signal lights, and an eight-inch curb and two-foot gutter with a handicap ramp
