Project Management, Civil Engineering Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Construction Cost Estimating, Paving/Repairing, Specifications, Surveying, Subsurface Investigations.

  • Repaired, upgraded, and widened the Westminster Ave truck entrance

  • Prepared construction documents plans and specifications for:

    -   civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering,

    -   topographic surveys

    -   field and subsurface investigations

    -   cost estimates

    -   CAD drawings

  • Relocated guard house and traffic signals

  • Enlarged the turning radius for trucks

  • Moved all appurtenances, including striping, signing, new gates, and fencing

  • Inside fenced area, design included paving, repairs, and capacity to expand the parking area

  • Designed drainage and a means to separate or filter contaminates from runoff before flowing into the storm drain system

  • Designed new traffic lanes

  • Relocated power poles and removed railroad tracks

  • Relocated a bus stop

  • Installed new sidewalks, new crosswalks, and pedestrian heads to the existing signal lights, and an eight-inch curb and two-foot gutter with a handicap ramp
