DRC provided civil engineering services under an on-call consultant contract for the Storm Damage Repair Program, funded by FEMA, to repair damage caused by winter storms with designs that followed BOE guidelines.

  • Geotechnical design

  • Erosion control and surface improvements

  • Utility relocation

  • Designed earth-retaining bulkheads consisting of steel beams placed in concrete-filled drilled shafts and concrete lagging between the beams

  • DRC’s CAD manager provided valuable guidance to the GED’s CAD team for developing CAD Standards and solutions with Land Desktop, AutoCAD, and MicroStation
