Ms. Martinez is the President and Chief Executive Officer of DRC, in which capacity she is responsible for the company's day-to-day operations. Under her leadership, DRC has implemented major transportation, municipal and public works projects for local and federal government and clients throughout the United States. Ms. Martinez directs the management, policies and procedures of the firm and makes day-to-day, as well as long-term decisions on matters of management, business development, policy and operations of the firm. Ms. Martinez is the official business representative and highest Point of Contact (POC) of the firm who is responsible for project development, allocating needed resources, and ensuring the best and brightest staff and local resources are committed for the duration of each project. Ms. Martinez has over 30 years of direction and leadership for the implementation of multi-million dollar engineering and environmental projects primarily for local municipalities and the Federal government.

Ms. Martinez has served as Project Sponsor for over $33 million dollars in prime contracts with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles and Sacramento Districts, the U. S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Mid-Pacific Region, the U. S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), the U. S. Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Service Command (NFESC), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (SWDIV), Southwest Division, the City of Los Angeles, Department of Sanitation (BOS), Department of Engineering (BOE) and the Environmental Engineering Division (EED), the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power(LADWP), Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA METRO), Port of Los Angeles, Port of Long Beach and the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD) to mention a few.
