DRC and POLA Awarded at APWA’s B.E.S.T. Project of the Year Award Ceremony

On December 11th, DRC leadership was pleased to attend the APWA Southern California Chapter’s Annual Awards Luncheon at The Centre in Lakewood to receive its B.E.S.T. Project of the Year award to the Port of Los Angeles (POLS) for DRC’s project, Front Street Beautification in the Mobility & Beautification Category--Regional Agency. More than 400 attended the event. APWA’s President, Dominick Longobardi, praised the SoCal Chapter and its members for delivering a high level of work exemplified in the 2024 project award selections. Jim Fowler, PE, VP and Front Street Project Manager accepted the award for DRC alongside POLA’s project manager, Nevan Meas, PE.
