Managed construction engineering / contract administration for major freeway and highway construction involving highway widening, bridges, rehabilitation of highways, and emergency restoration of highways and freeways Engineer-of-Record for more than 1,600 projects involving: structural design of buildings, seismic retrofit, foundations, signs, retaining walls, streets, drainage, water systems, sewers, land surveying, construction surveys, residential & commercial site development.  Performed project development of public and private civil works. Experienced in federal aid and state funded transportation project development.
